Administrative Assistant – Human Resources – Team Gillman Automotive Group

We are currently seeking a Human Resources Administrative Assistant.

Job Responsibilities

  • Maintain confidentiality on all matters related to the position and the organization
  • Assists in maintaining accurate employee files and records
  • Processes requests for employment verifications
  • Assists with ensuring company meets all state and federal regulations regarding employment
  • Assists with the administration of employee benefits: including enrollment, answering questions, resolving problems, and communicating information to employees
  • Answers general questions regarding employee records and status
  • Updates employee records as needed
  • Other duties that may be assigned

Requirements and Experience

  • Prior experience as an Administrative Assistant is preferred
  • Motivated to go above and beyond the minimum standard
  • Maintain strict confidentiality of all information
  • Must be detail-oriented and possess good organizational skills and the ability to work to deadlines.
  • Must have outstanding verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Bilingual (Spanish)
  • Must pass drug test and extensive criminal background screening.
  • Must be eligible to work in the U.S.
