What You’ll Do Process vehicle sales transactions accurately and efficiently Review deal paperwork for completeness and compliance Submit contracts and funding documentation Work closely with sales, finance, accounting, and lender partners Process title and registration paperwork Maintain organized electronic and physical records Assist with accounting and administrative projects Ensure dealership paperwork meets state and lender requirements What We’re Looking For Strong attention to detail and accuracy Excellent organizational and time management skills Ability to work in a fast-paced office environment Professional communication and customer service skills Strong computer skills and ability to learn dealership software Positive attitude and team-first mentality Dependable attendance and strong work ethic Preferred Qualifications Previous automotive dealership experience Accounting, billing, title, banking, finance, or administrative experienceExperience with dealership management systems (Reynolds & Reynolds, Dealertrack, etc.) Why Toyota of Murfreesboro?
