Overview
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and building strong relationships with clients. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of outside sales experience, account management skills, and a passion for technology sales. You will engage in both B2B and direct sales activities, leveraging your negotiation skills and customer service expertise to meet the needs of our diverse clientele.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve business development goals.
  • Manage an assigned territory, ensuring effective territory management and lead generation.
  • Conduct product demos and presentations to potential clients, showcasing the benefits of our offerings.
  • Engage in cold calling and inside sales efforts to generate new business opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing accounts through effective account management.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to align sales strategies with promotional initiatives.
  • Utilize CRM software, such as Salesforce, to track customer interactions and manage the sales pipeline.
  • Analyze market trends and customer feedback to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
  • Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process to ensure client satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or technology sales is highly desirable.
  • Strong background in account management and territory sales.
  • Familiarity with CRM software, particularly acculynx, is preferred.
  • Excellent negotiation skills with a focus on closing deals effectively.
  • Ability to conduct product demonstrations and articulate technical information clearly.
  • Strong analytical skills to assess market conditions and customer needs.
  • Experience in lead generation techniques and direct sales strategies.
  • Exceptional communication skills with a commitment to providing outstanding customer service.
