Position: Customer Service Associate

Job Overview:
As a Customer Service Associate, you will be the face of our store, engaging with customers, handling inquiries, and providing top-notch service. Your responsibilities will include assisting customers with shipping, packing, printing, and mailbox services, all while maintaining a friendly and welcoming atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers warmly and ascertain the purpose of their visit
• Provide information about products and services offered by the UPS Store
• Assist customers with packing, shipping, and tracking their packages
• Operate printing and copying equipment to fulfill customer orders
• Manage mailbox services, including sorting and distributing mail
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring a professional appearance of the store
• Cross Collaborate and work with Hardware store main anchor store.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Proven experience in a customer service role is preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with shipping procedures and equipment is a plus
• Proficiency in using computer systems and basic software
• Must be Local or within 15-20 Mins driving distance to this location
