**You will begin as a Baker, both in terms of duties and wages, so you are well-trained before being expected to assume leadership responsibilities. Upon promotion to Shift Lead, you would then receive a base pay of $10.50 - $11.00 / hour + TIPS (tip pool). Experience tells us to expect a post-tips total rate of around $14.00 - $15.00 / hour for tip pool participants. You may opt out of the tip pool at any time.** Training resources are accessible on a regular basis to help put you in a position to succeed. After 30-60 days as a Baker, we will determine your readiness for promotion to Shift Lead and the duties that come with it. Paths to management and other leadership opportunities may become available to those who take advantage, and who prove themselves as effective leaders both in terms of cultural fit and workplace productivity. We are looking for a motivated shift leader to oversee daily operations during designated shifts, supervise employees, and ensure that our customers receive outstanding service. The shift leader's responsibilities also include dealing with no-shows, delegating tasks, handling cash up, and reporting any issues to the manager. To be successful as a shift leader, you should be able to manage a team of people and ensure that all duties are performed accurately.
