Safety Manager 
Location:  Haskell, TX 79521 
Schedule: 6-10 hrs. x day Monday - Saturday   
Hourly Rate: $30 per hour 

Integrity Trade Services is partnering with a leading precast concrete manufacturer to hire a Safety Manager to oversee subcontractor safety program execution, support safety administration, and ensure safe, compliant project operations. This role requires strong leadership, safety management experience, and the ability to coordinate with subcontractors and field leadership on high-risk activities and daily jobsite safety compliance.

Safety Manager Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee overall subcontractor safety program execution on-site.
• Manage subcontractor safety coordinators and subcontractor safety performance.
• Support sub-tier management, case management, and care management.
• Handle OCIP/CCIP claims, craft training, and safety administration.
• Coordinate high-risk activity planning and work coordination.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA and site safety requirements.
• Enforce NFPA 70E and LOTO safety procedures for applicable scopes of work.
• Support emergency response readiness and promote a strong safety culture on-site.

Safety Manager Qualifications & Requirements: 

• Minimum CHST or BSCP Certification.
• Minimum OSHA 510 Certification.
• Relevant scope and team management experience.
• 10+ years of safety management experience.
• Current First Aid, Narcan, Bloodborne Pathogens, CPR, and AED training.
• Emergency procedures training.
• NFPA 70E and LOTO competency and experience required.
