Who We AreWe are a premier, mission-driven food manufacturing organization dedicated to nourishing communities across California. We operate with a "business for good" mindset, focusing on social responsibility and high-quality nutrition rather than just the bottom line. We are a stable, high-growth leader in the fresh-prepared meal space, currently producing over 35 million nutritious meals annually for schools and community programs.
We've grown fast, and now we need a hands-on leader to help us level up. We are looking for a motivated Production Supervisor to implement the systems and structure needed to keep us moving forward. You'll have the autonomy to make real changes and the full support of leadership to execute your vision. For a leader who can drive efficiency and build better processes, this role offers a path to very quick advancement. At our company, your ideas matter, your hard work pays off, and your growth is our priority.

Develop Your Team: Mentor supervisors and frontline staff to foster a culture of ownership, accountability, and continuous professional growth.
Optimize Operations: Track metrics like yield and labor efficiency to identify bottlenecks and implement Lean improvements that reduce waste.
Collaborate & Solve: Work with maintenance and supply chain teams to resolve root-cause issues and lead facility optimization projects.
What You Need for This Job
Experience: 5+ years of leadership in high-volume Ready-to-Eat (RTE) food manufacturing or large-scale commercial kitchens
Background: Expert knowledge of food safety regulations and experience managing large, diverse hourly workforces.
Leadership: A hands-on manager who prefers being on the production floor coaching teams rather than sitting behind a desk
Communication: Bilingual in English and Spanish is required to effectively lead and coordinate with our diverse staff.
Bonus Points: Proven success implementing Continuous Improvement (CI) initiatives or Lean manufacturing workflows.
