Position Summary

Get ready to be part of the action! We’re on the hunt for upbeat, energetic Parking Lot Attendants who love working with people and keeping things running smoothly. In this role, you’ll scan parking passes, collect payments, and help guide fans through our massive 1,700-space lot at Ruoff Mortgage Stadium—making sure everyone gets where they need to go with ease and a smile.

You’ll be right in the middle of the excitement during Fort Wayne FC home matches—mostly Saturday evenings from May 2 through October 24, plus a few Wednesday games. On top of that, you’ll have opportunities to work a variety of other stadium events throughout the season. If you enjoy fast-paced environments, great vibes, and being part of game-day energy, this is the opportunity for you!

What You'll Do

  • Scan electronic pre-paid parking code utilizing provided technology
  • Direct guests to proper parking lot destinations in the stadium (i.e., VIP, rideshare drop-off, general parking, etc.), with an emphasis on efficiency and timeliness to get many cars into the lot prior to event start
  • Answer general questions and resolve issues in a respectful and friendly manner
  • Be flexible and adjust to situations as they occur
  • Set up and remove directional signage
  • Maintain position and attention at assigned post
  • Ensure the safety of efficient flow of cars and pedestrians
Requirements:

What We’re Looking For

  • Must have outstanding customer service skills
  • Strong attention to detail and a take-pride-in-your-work attitude
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Willingness to take direction and adapt in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to react quickly and spot areas that need attention and jump in to help
  • A positive, can-do mindset and strong work ethic

Requirements

  • Must be at least 16 years old
  • Must be able to work at least 75% of scheduled Fort Wayne FC events
  • Availability for evenings, weekends, and occasional holidays

Physical Demands & Work Environment

Physical Demands: Able to walk, stand and run outside for up to four (4) hours; grasp, reach, stoop and speak. Able to lift, carry, push up to 15 pounds as necessary.

Work Environment: Able to work in an outdoor environment with exposure to heat, cold, rain, wind, and other weather conditions. Able to focus on providing customer experience and attending to guest needs. Can tolerate high noise levels. Ability to function in a high activity and potentially crowded venue.

Must be able to work irregular hours including nights, weekends and/or holidays, as needed.

What You'll Wear

We’ll provide your event staff shirt—just bring khaki pants or approved long shorts and comfortable shoes, and you’re ready to roll.
