Silver Tree Residential, LLC is looking for a dedicated and experienced Leasing Agent to join our progressively growing team in Tampa, and oversee all the leasing efforts for Jewish Center Tower. JCT is comprised of 199 apartment homes of SENIORS, age 62 and better. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Qualified candidates will, at minimum, have a High School Diploma (or GED), a strong customer service background, and basic computer skills. Preference will be given to applicants with HUD knowledge and experience. The position will require organization, the ability to multitask, excellent communication and closing skills, and a positive, upbeat attitude.
