Job Summary
We are seeking motivated, ambitious, and enthusiastic individuals to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service while promoting our products and services for our AT&T clients to work at our Retail locations. Your ability to communicate effectively will be essential in building relationships with our diverse clientele. You will play a key role in driving sales through product demonstrations, upselling, and ensuring a positive shopping experience for all customers.

The Schedule: Thursday-Monday 11 AM - 7 PM (Weekends INCLUDED)

Responsibilities as a Sales Team Member

• Engage with prospective customers face to face, addressing inquiries and resolving issues to drive sales revenue and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Lead by example in surpassing sales quotas, setting a high standard for performance within the team and the office.
• Maintain accurate records by meticulously entering customer information into our secure database.
• Provide support in training, daily operations, and report management to contribute to the overall efficiency of the office.
• Participate actively in meetings with the sales team, leadership core, and office manager to enhance skills and foster leadership development.
• Track and input all new and existing client information to ensure all personal information is up to date.

Experience

• Previous experience at least 6 months in a retail or sales environment is preferred.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport quickly with diverse clientele.
• Experience in product demonstrations or upselling techniques is a plus.
• Basic understanding of retail math concepts to assist with pricing inquiries.
