Batteries Plus is hiring a Franchise Business Consultant to support franchise-owned stores. In this strategic field leadership role, you'll partner directly with franchise owners to drive operational excellence, increase sales, and improve profitability.
What You'll Do
* Partner with franchise owners to improve operational execution, sales performance, and profitability.
* Conduct store visits, review key performance metrics, and create action plans that drive measurable results.
* Train and coach store leadership on company programs, operational standards, and best practices.
* Collaborate with internal teams to implement new initiatives and ensure alignment with brand goals.
* Analyze P&L statements and other performance data to identify opportunities for improvement.
* Provide ongoing guidance, development, and support to strengthen leadership within each franchise.
* Promote community engagement, uphold compliance, and ensure a safe, customer-focused environment.
What We're Looking For
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Retail Management, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience considered.
* 5+ years of retail management experience, including 2+ years in a multi-location or field support role.
* Strong knowledge of merchandising, inventory control, and operational best practices.
* Proven leadership skills with the ability to coach, develop, and influence others.
* Business acumen with experience in analyzing financial performance and developing improvement plans.
* Excellent communication, organization, and relationship-building skills.
* Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
