Position OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Dental Lab Technician Specialist to join our team, focusing on the fabrication and refinement of high-quality Removable Prosthetics and Orthodontic appliances. In this role, you will bring your technical mastery to a collaborative, detail-oriented laboratory environment, ensuring the highest standards of structural integrity and aesthetic precision.
Key ResponsibilitiesRemovables Expertise: Fabricate, design, and finish partial and complete dentures, flippers, and custom trays.
Orthodontic Fabrication: Bend wire, contour, and assemble custom orthodontic appliances, expanders, and retainers.
Technical Quality Control: Review incoming cases, analyze doctor instructions, and perform final quality checks before cases leave the bench.
Troubleshooting: Address complex case designs and consult with team members to find creative technical solutions.
Workflow Maintenance: Maintain a clean, organized bench workspace and adhere to standard laboratory production timelines.
Experience: 3+ years of hands-on bench experience specifically in Removables and Orthodontics.
Technical Precision: Exceptional manual dexterity, an eye for symmetry, and an deep understanding of dental anatomy/occlusion.
Certifications: CDT (Certified Dental Technician) certification is a plus, but proven experience and a strong portfolio are highly valued.
