Position Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused *Customer Service Representative* to support quoting, order entry, and customer satisfaction initiatives in a manufacturing environment. This role works closely with customers and cross-functional internal teams throughout the product development lifecycle, ensuring timely and accurate communication, order management, and service delivery.
This position is ideal for someone with hands-on manufacturing experience who enjoys working with technical drawings and supporting time-sensitive customer projects in a fast-paced setting.
Key Responsibilities
* Prepare customer quotes and estimates based on conceptual engineering prints
* Enter and manage customer orders accurately in the ERP system
* Assist with evaluation and approval of design changes, specifications, and drawing releases
* Interact with customers and internal departments throughout product development stages
* Provide timely customer follow-up to ensure satisfaction on existing accounts
* Coordinate with internal teams to manage products, orders, and delivery timelines
* Discuss multiple products and services in a fast-paced environment
* Support customers with urgent and time-sensitive tasks and projects
Required Qualifications (Must Haves)
* 1-3 years of experience in customer service, sales support, or account management
* Previous hands-on experience in a manufacturing environment (e.g., machinist, engineer, or similar role)
* Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
* Experience using CRM systems
* Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience with CNC machining of plastic and metal parts
* Knowledge of high-performance plastic polymers
* Experience working with ERP systems such as Epicor or SAP

10% quartly bonus for hitting sales goals
