Pay & Benefits:

• Hourly Rate: $18.25/hr.
• Overtime Pay: $27.38/hr. (after 40 hrs./week)
• Paid Time Off (PTO): 4% of hourly earnings redeemable anytime in ADP as Cash

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist drivers with the safe handling and delivery of heavy/bulky items (50-300 lbs. with team lift)
• Load and unload packages from delivery vehicles
• Use handheld technology for routing and delivery updates
• Deliver packages with care, professionalism, and excellent customer service
• Support teammates with rescues and extra deliveries when needed

Requirements:

• Age: 18+ and legally authorized to work in the U.S.
• Ability to lift and move heavy packages with a team (50-70+lbs frequently, up to 300 lbs. with partner)
• Reliable, energetic, and customer-focused
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team
• Must pass a standard pre-employment drug screen

Work Details:

• Location: 2361 S Withers Rd, Liberty, MO 64068
• Breaks: 2 paid 15-minute breaks + 1 unpaid 30-minute meal break per shift
• Hiring Timeline: Typically, 1-2 weeks to complete

A Day in the Life

Your shift starts at the station, where youll help load the truck, then spend the day teaming up with a driver to deliver oversized items. You'll lift, carry, and deliver packages while using handheld devices to track progress. Its active work that keeps you moving all day.
