This role involves designing, building and maintaining Workday integrations with enterprise systems, payroll, benefits and other HR partner systems. Position Summary As a Workday Integration Analyst you will play a crucial role in leveraging technology to accelerate patient care and scientific discovery. You will develop integration design specifications, build and maintain integrations using Workday Integration capabilities such as EIBs, Report As a Service, Packaged Integrations and Workday Studio, troubleshoot issues, and improve existing integrations. Key Responsibilities Work with key HR stakeholders to develop integration design specifications. Build and maintain integrations using Workday Integration capabilities (EIBs, Report As a Service, Packaged Integrations, Workday Studio). Troubleshoot integration issues and identify improvement opportunities on existing integrations. Develop an understanding of business processes in Workday to master the integration landscape. Partner with HRIT team members to implement new capabilities within the HR technology landscape. Maintain up‑to‑date documentation. Qualifications & Experience 2+ years of relevant industry experience in web services, APIs and modern integration technologies. Understanding of functional business context and ability to apply knowledge to integration work. Clear communication of work and independent judgment with limited supervision. Openness to learning and self‑development. Ability to compile data reviews and support data integrity/audit processes. Compensation Overview Princeton, NJ, US: $65,790 – $79,722 (annual). Additional cash and stock incentives may be available based on eligibility. Final individual compensation will be decided based on demonstrated experience.
