Job Title: Workday Configuration Analyst Location: St. Pete, FL Duration: Direct Hire Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented Workday professional to support the configuration, maintenance, and optimization of Workday systems. This role will focus on ensuring system functionality, data integrity, and user support across Payroll and Finance modules, while partnering with cross-functional teams to improve business processes and system capabilities. Key Responsibilities Manage and maintain Workday system configuration and overall functionality Provide day-to-day support to Workday users, including: Troubleshooting system issues Managing access and security roles Creating and modifying reports Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and confidentiality by: Performing regular audits and validations Identifying and resolving data discrepancies Partner with IT, Finance, Payroll, and Accounts Payable teams to: Understand business needs Identify process gaps Gathering and refining user stories Configuring and testing system changes Analyze existing systems and workflows to recommend and implement improvements Maintain and update system documentation, including processes and procedures Required Qualifications Experience with Workday system administration Hands-on experience supporting Workday modules such as: Payroll Absence Time Tracking Expenses Projects Assets Understanding of Finance and Payroll business processes Experience gathering and documenting business requirements Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite Preferred Qualifications Experience working in Agile or hybrid delivery environments Experience delivering system training to end users Exposure to reporting and data analysis within Workday #J-18808-Ljbffr
