Summer Studio Associate (Multiple Roles) – Fulcrum Studio
Fulcrum GT is hiring a small cohort of Summer Studio Associates to staff and operate its in-house production studio, a 3-camera, 6K, fully integrated environment built on the Blackmagic Design platform. The studio supports executive content, podcasts, panels, and live streaming.
This is a hands-on, production-first role. Associates will work as a team to run the studio end-to-end, while each individual develops depth in a primary discipline and contributes to building repeatable production processes.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
* Operate and support live and recorded studio productions including multi-camera switching, audio, lighting, and streaming
* Prepare and execute shoots from setup through delivery
* Maintain studio readiness, quality standards, and production workflows
* Document production processes, checklists, and standard operating procedures to enable consistent and scalable execution
* Identify inefficiencies or failure points and refine workflows over time
* Collaborate with internal stakeholders to produce polished, professional content
