Position Summary The Patient Experience Analyst will partner with clinical, operational, and technical teams to design, build, test, and support Epic Patient Experience capabilities, with a focus on MyChart and other patient-facing workflows. Responsibilities include configuring and validating patient communications, questionnaires, consents and confidentiality workflows, welcome/onboarding experiences, and related billing-facing touchpoints; gathering requirements and translating them into build; supporting integrated testing and go-live readiness; and ensuring high-quality, consistent patient-facing content across impacted workstreams.
License/Certification/Registration:
*All relevant, required certification program(s) should begin no later than one month after the employee's start date. Once the certification program has commenced, employees must obtain their certification(s) within three months. Relevant certification must be maintained ongoing.
Education:
*Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience in a related area may substitute for degree.
Experience:
*7+ years of experience in hospital/clinic healthcare setting with experience supporting an EHR, related applications, and integrated workflows. This same experience with an EHR vendor is also acceptable.
*Experience with software application tools used for application build and data manipulation.
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities
*Demonstrated knowledge of healthcare and/or financial software applications
*Interpersonal skills necessary to communicate effectively with physicians, nurses and various other hospital staff.
*Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate, both verbally and in writing with all levels of associates and management.
*Ability to effectively converse with individuals of different levels of business and technical knowledge.
*Knowledge of analytical processes and problem-solving skills.
*Ability to evaluate business user needs against current system capabilities.
*Ability to accurately and effectively translate business requirements to high-level system specifications.
*Familiarity in the use of Microsoft Window products (Word, Excel, Access and Project) or equivalent.
*Aptitude for learning new software tools and products.
*Familiarity with the software development cycle.
*Leadership, , planning, estimating, and organizational skills.
*Ability to lead and facilitate meetings and manage sub-projects.
*Proficiency with Project Management tools or methods.

The posted salary represents a market competitive range based on salary survey benchmark data for similar roles in the local or national market. Annual salaries displayed are based on full-time employment (40 standard hrs per week). Annual salaries for part-time positions will be prorated based on the employee's scheduled weekly hours in relation to the full-time standard. When determining individual pay rates, we carefully consider a wide range of factors including but not limited to market indicators for the specific role, the skills, education, training, credentials and experience of the candidate, internal equity and organizational needs.
In addition to your salary, this position may be eligible for medical, dental, vision, retirement, and other fringe benefits. Positions that require night, weekend or on-call work may be eligible for shift differentials or premium pay.
