• Interacting directly with customers in a retail setting
• Explaining current promotions and helping customers find the right solutions
• Creating positive, professional customer experiences
• Contributing to daily sales targets and team goals

Compensation & Growth:

• Base pay plus weekly bonuses and incentives
• Typical first-year earnings: $35,000–$60,000+
