Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Associate's degree or higher in Speech-Language Pathology Assisting or related field
• Valid state SLPA license or eligibility to obtain
• Previous school SLPA experience preferred but not required
• Strong interpersonal skills for working with diverse student populations and staff
• Ability to manage a full caseload with confidence, organization, and compassion
• Proficient in providing both direct and indirect speech-language services and conducting evaluations

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver speech-language therapy services to students according to IEP goals across five schools
• Conduct screenings and assist with comprehensive evaluations under SLP supervision
• Collaborate with SLPs, teachers, and families to maximize student progress
• Maintain accurate documentation of services provided and student progress
• Travel between assigned school locations, managing a variety of needs and caseloads
• Contribute to a positive, student-centered educational atmosphere
