Service Team Member

Located in the heart of Midtown, Mexican Radio (MEXRAD) is a laid-back taco shop with a personality all its own. We're not a traditional taqueria or Mexican restaurantour menu features original, unexpected tacos that don't fit into any one category. There's a taco here for everyone.

We're looking to grow our team with Service Team Members (STM) who bring a strong work ethic, a positive attitude, and a genuine love for hospitality. Our STMs wear a lot of hats: from taking care of guests to helping keep things running smoothly behind the scenes.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Greet guests, guide them through the menu, and deliver top-tier hospitality
• Handle food and drink orders, run food, and maintain a clean, guest-ready front of house
• Prep and build tacos and menu items according to recipes
• Maintain clean and organized workstations (both FOH and kitchen line)
• Follow portioning, food safety, and quality guidelines
• Keep service flowing by communicating and collaborating with your team

What We're Looking For:

• Positive, team-first attitude
• Strong communication and reliability
• Willingness to learn, hustle, and take direction
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs
• Must be able to work nights, weekends, and during special events
• 21+ required for Service Team Members
• A passion for EXTREME HOSPITALITY and great tacos
