Location: Remote | Type: Full-time/Contract | Time Zone: PST preferred About the Role: We are looking for a skilled Salesforce Administrator with expertise in Salesforce Flow, Apex development, and general SFDC administration. Experience with CPQ and familiarity with Jira & Agile/Scrum methodologies are highly valued. Key Responsibilities: Salesforce Flow: Develop and manage Salesforce Flows for process automation. Apex Development: Preferred experience in Apex development for complex automation. SFDC Administration: Manage field maintenance, security, validation rules, profiles, permission sets, custom settings, and Lightning record page layouts. CPQ Administration: Update pricebooks, product rules, quotes, and opportunities. Automation Processes: Consolidate Process Builder and Workflow automation into Salesforce Flows, create new automation processes, and perform regular updates. Bug Resolution: Address and resolve bugs in both declarative and programmatic automation processes. Documentation: Track and document work in Jira, link out to relevant tasks, and attend meetings as needed. Excellent Communication: Track and document work effectively with clear and consistent updates. Proactive Problem-Solving: Self-diagnose system issues and seek assistance when necessary. Attention to Detail: Maintain consistent naming conventions and detailed documentation. Scalability Focus: Ensure scalability across systems for assigned projects. Preferred Experience: Expertise in Salesforce Flow and Apex development. General SFDC administration, including field maintenance, security management, and Lightning record page layouts.
