Responsibilities Provide administrative support to the executive team, including managing schedules, organizing meetings, and handling correspondence.
Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation to assist executives in decision-making processes.
Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries for executives, ensuring all details are handled efficiently.
Serve as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, fostering positive relationships.
Assist in the management of special projects and initiatives as assigned by the executive team.
Maintain organized files and documentation, ensuring easy access and confidentiality as required.
Support the company’s operational goals by contributing to strategic planning and execution.
Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role, preferably within the construction or service industry.
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage competing priorities effectively.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and familiarity with project management tools.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with stakeholders at all levels.
Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion in handling sensitive information.
Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to task management.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
