Overview Remote eSports Coordinator / Virtual Training Assistant About the job Evolution Sports Group is a leading organization in the eSports industry, dedicated to providing top-notch virtual training and competitive opportunities for gamers of all levels. Responsibilities Develop and implement virtual training programs for gamers of all levels Coordinate and schedule training sessions, tournaments, and other events Communicate with trainers, coaches, and participants to ensure a smooth and successful training experience Maintain and update training materials and resources Assist in the creation and execution of marketing strategies to promote our virtual training programs and events Monitor and track participant progress and provide feedback to trainers and coaches Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in the eSports industry to continuously improve our virtual training offerings Collaborate with other team members to identify and implement new training opportunities Requirements Associates or Bachelor's Degree in eSports Management, Sports Management, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
