What You'll Be Doing As our Receptionist, you'll be the go-to person for creating a warm and professional environment. Your responsibilities will include:
- Greeting visitors and ensuring they feel welcome.
- Managing incoming calls and directing them to the appropriate team members.
- Handling mail, packages, and deliveries with care and efficiency.
- Maintaining the reception area to keep it neat and organized.
- Assisting with scheduling and administrative tasks to support the team.
- Providing general information about the company to visitors and callers.
