Clinic / Practice Manager | Plastic Surgery
We are seeking a driven, polished, and experienced Clinic Manager to lead our boutique plastic surgery practice in beautiful Vienna VA. This is a dual role that blends operational leadership with a heavy focus on patient sales and case conversion — making it the perfect opportunity for someone who is equally comfortable managing a team as they are closing high-ticket deals.
What You'll Do On the operational side, you will oversee the day-to-day functions of a small, close-knit team of 4-5, ensuring the practice runs smoothly, efficiently, and delivers a five-star patient experience at every touchpoint. On the sales side, you will be the driving force behind converting patient consultations into booked procedures — confidently presenting treatment options, addressing concerns, building trust, and closing deals on high-value plastic surgery packages.
