Overview Pharmaceutical Sales Representative — Remote | $60K–$75K Base + Uncapped Commission | Annual Merit Increases | Full Benefits Our client, a fast-growing pharmaceutical distributor, is looking for a driven Pharmaceutical Sales Representative to scale their generic drug business with pharmacies, hospitals, and healthcare systems nationwide. Responsibilities Develop and grow relationships with national and regional healthcare accounts. Secure contracts for generic pharmaceuticals while managing pricing strategies and negotiations. Proactively identify new opportunities within existing accounts and build new pipelines across the U.S. Monitor industry trends, competitor moves, and regulatory changes that impact sales strategy. Work closely with internal supply chain, compliance, and customer service teams to ensure flawless execution and client satisfaction. Represent the company at conferences, trade shows, and industry networking events. Ideal Background Sales Experience: 2+ years in pharmaceutical sales, account management, or distribution. Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with generics, wholesale pharmacy sales, or healthcare distribution. Business Development: Ability to leverage existing relationships or bring a book of business to accelerate growth. Skills: Strong communicator, persuasive negotiator, and skilled in strategic account planning.
