Our client, a leading organization in the manufacturing industry, is seeking a Packaging Operator to join their team. As a Packaging Operator, you will be part of the production support team, ensuring efficient and safe packaging processes. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills, and a commitment to safety, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Packaging Operator

Location: Rochester, MN

Pay Range: $22.25

Shift: Overnight

What's the Job?

• Safely set-up and operate packaging equipment to optimize machine capability and product output.
• Monitor machinery during operation to ensure quality standards are maintained.
• Identify and troubleshoot routine equipment malfunctions, repairing issues as needed.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation related to production activities.
• Follow all safety policies, including wearing appropriate personal protective equipment and adhering to safety protocols.

What's Needed?

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• At least 2 years of experience in manufacturing or a similar role.
• Strong technical skills and knowledge of machinery and equipment.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in various environmental conditions.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
