Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Order Puller to join our team. This role involves working primarily with replenishment tasks, including putting new items away, stocking shelves, and assisting with order picking. You will use an RF scanner and a push cart to help fulfill orders efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Perform replenishment work by stocking shelves and putting away new items.

• Assist in picking and fulfilling orders using an RF scanner and push cart.

• Maintain accurate inventory control and participate in shipping and receiving tasks.

• Operate equipment such as pallet jacks safely and efficiently.

• Ensure high attention to detail to prevent costly mistakes.

Essential Skills

• At least 2+ years of warehouse experience.

• 1+ years of experience using an RF Scanner.

• Proficiency in order picking, inventory control, and general warehouse operations.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience with shipping and receiving processes.

• Ability to work in an open-air warehouse environment.

• Flexibility to work late if the need arises.

Work Environment

You will be working in an open-air warehouse that can become warm throughout the day. The facility features big aisles with plenty of space to maneuver. The role requires wearing sneakers while pushing a cart through the warehouse. Our company values engagement and teamwork, and we expect a high level of attention to detail to ensure order accuracy. The typical work hours are from 8 am to 5 pm, but flexibility to work later may be needed occasionally.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of WEST PALM BEACH, FL.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $17.00/hr.
