Night Time Custodian

Salary Range $19.40 - $19.40 Hourly

Duties & Responsibilities

• Daily duties as assigned
• Clean bathrooms
• Clean classrooms
• Clean office spaces
• Sweeping, mopping, vacuuming etc.
• Assist with event set ups including cleaning the dining hall or other spaces as designated.
• Other duties as assigned

Education & Experience

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong communication skills in English preferred
• Custodial experience preferred

Knowledge, Skills & Ability

• Ability to make decisions and problem solve relative to urgency.
• Ability to prioritize and coordinate a multitude of tasks
• Attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and under stress making time sensitive decisions.
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with others.
• Ability to follow oral and written instructions.

Physical Requirements

• Use their hands to handle, control, or feel objects, tools, or controls.
• Stand for long periods of time.
• Ability to lift, pull, & push up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to stand on your feet for up to 8 hours
• Work in a variety of weather conditions with exposure to the outdoor elements.

The pay for this position is $19.40 per hour. Although this is a good faith and reasonable estimate of the possible compensation at the time of posting, Colorado Academy reserves the right to pay more or less than the posted range. Any wage differential that may exist for the position does not relate to sex, gender, or gender identity, but relates solely to a seniority system, a merit system, or relevant education, training and/or experience. Medical, Dental, Vision, and Life Insurance benefit programs are available, as is a 403(b) retirement plan. Eligibility for all benefit programs is defined by the applicable plan document.
