What You’ll Do:

• Step in to manage day-to-day operations across various properties in our portfolio.
• Build relationships with tenants, vendors, and team members, ensuring satisfaction and success.
• Handle maintenance requests, leasing tasks, and financial oversight with professionalism and efficiency.
• Travel between properties, offering your expertise wherever it's needed.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience : At least 2 years of property management or related experience.
• Adaptability : Thrives in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
• Problem-Solving Skills : Quick thinker, creative solutions expert.
• Travel-Ready : Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the designated region.

The company considers a variety of factors when determining base compensation, including experience, qualifications, and geographic location. These considerations mean actual compensation will vary. This position may also be eligible for a discretionary bonus (eligibility may vary based on role), vacation and sick time off, and a benefits package.
