We are looking for a skilled and licensed Master Esthetician to join our MedSpa team in Middleburg, VA. This role is ideal for someone passionate about advanced skincare, results-driven treatments, and delivering a high level of care in a clinical setting. You will work closely with clients to assess their skin concerns, develop customized treatment plans, and perform professional-grade services that enhance both confidence and results.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform advanced skincare treatments such as chemical peels, facials, microneedling, and other medical-grade services
Conduct thorough skin analyses and create personalized treatment plans
Educate clients on skincare routines, post-treatment care, and product recommendations
Maintain accurate and detailed client records
Ensure a clean, safe, and compliant treatment environment
Collaborate with medical providers and team members to deliver optimal client outcomes
Stay current with industry trends, techniques, and product knowledge
Requirements:
Active Virginia Master Esthetician License (required)
Experience in a med spa or advanced skincare setting preferred
Strong knowledge of skin conditions, treatments, and skincare products
Comfortable working in a clinical or medical spa environment
Excellent communication and client consultation skills
Professional, detail-oriented, and client-focused approach
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with medical-grade skincare lines and devices
Ability to recommend and upsell appropriate treatments and products
Strong commitment to continued education in aesthetics
