Registered Nurse - Birthing Center Supervisor

Pay: $2699 - $3252 | Shift: 3x12 Days

As a Birthing Center Supervisor, you will provide interim supervisory support to the Birthing Center Manager, ensuring continuity of operations, staff competency, and compliance with organizational policies and clinical standards. Your role will be pivotal in supporting daily operations and patient care delivery, implementing established policies, and promoting compliance with safety and quality standards.

• Support daily operations and patient care delivery in collaboration with the Birthing Center Manager
• Implement and reinforce established policies, clinical protocols, and procedures
• Provide staff education, orientation support, and competency validation as needed
• Promote compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards
• Serve as a clinical and operational resource to staff and leadership during the assignment
• Participate in the nursing rotation

Qualifications:

• Graduate from an accredited school of nursing
• Current Colorado Registered Nurse Licensure
• Current BLS certification
• AWHONN Intermediate or Advanced Fetal Monitoring or C-EFM
• STABLE and NRP Instructor certifications
• Minimum of five years of Obstetrics Nursing and Neonatal experience required
• Prior leadership experience preferred
• Bi-lingual capabilities helpful
• Need 2 years experience in setting
