The ideal candidate will be hard-working, reliable, a team player and possess a great attitude. Applicants must be US citizens and have a minimum of two years of cleaning experience, including six months of floor buffing experience, preferred but not required. Key Responsibilities: Buffing floors; performing cleaning duties, including vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, emptying trash, and cleaning the lobby area, hallways, and bathrooms. Dusting, cleaning doors and glass, removing litter, refilling all paper products, and cleaning kitchen/break areas. Provide professional and friendly customer service to all residents and customers. Physical Requirements: Must be able to sit, stand, reach, bend and stoop for extended periods of time; Ascending/Descending stairs and move equipment weighing up to 20 pounds frequently; May be required to lift up to 30 lbs.
