Position Housekeeper – Full time & Part time Compensation $16.36 - $24.03 per hour. Eligible for a discretionary quarterly +1 Service bonus and up to $3,200 annually. Job Summary As a Housekeeper at Drury Hotels, you will play a major role in creating memorable moments for business travelers and families on vacation by maintaining clean, comfortable rooms. Responsibilities Maintain a clean and welcoming environment for guests and team members. Perform daily housekeeping duties such as vacuuming, changing linens, cleaning bathrooms, and maintaining room cleanliness to hotel standards. Inspect rooms visually to identify maintenance needs and communicate with management as needed. Provide guests with requested amenities (bed linens, towels, toiletries, information). Respond promptly and courteously to guest requests, questions, or complaints in a Service +1 attitude. Work flexible hours, including possible Saturday and Sunday shifts. Habilidad para caminar, estar de pie, subir, bajar y agacharse durante todo el turno. Capacidad para levantar entre 25 y 35 libras de forma intermitente.
