Were looking for a detail-oriented Healthcare Administrative Assistant to support our Provider Services team. In this role, youll help manage documentation, coordinate communications, and support workflows related to healthcare claims and provider appeals.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Organize and maintain documentation related to healthcare claims and provider appeals
• Manage incoming emails, calls, and documentation and route to the appropriate team members
• Support internal workflows to ensure timely claim processing
• Maintain accuracy and confidentiality of sensitive healthcare information
• Assist the team with day-to-day operational tasks
