Position Overview

We are seeking a talented and efficient  Floral Designer with strong creative and technical skills. The ideal candidate will have the ability to quickly and accurately recreate floral arrangements from photos, visuals, or design references, while maintaining consistency and meeting high production demands. This role requires speed, precision, and the ability to thrive in a high-volume, deadline-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and assemble floral arrangements based on customer orders, photos, or provided visuals.
• Efficiently replicate existing designs while maintaining quality, style, and consistency.
• Prepare and process flowers (cutting, hydrating, conditioning) to ensure freshness and longevity.
• Manage high-volume production during peak times (holidays, weddings, events).
• Maintain an organized and clean work area, ensuring tools and supplies are stocked and ready.
• Follow company design standards while also contributing creative ideas when needed.
• Collaborate with the design team to meet daily order fulfillment goals.
• Ensure proper care and handling of flowers to reduce waste.
  

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Floral Designer or similar role.
• Strong ability to interpret and recreate arrangements from photos, sketches, or references.
• Exceptional speed and efficiency in design work, without compromising quality.
• Knowledge of flower varieties, design techniques, and floral care practices.
• Ability to work under pressure in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Flexible schedule availability, including weekends and holidays.
