About the Role
The Company is in search of a dynamic individual to fill the dual role of Chief Operating Officer and Chief Executive Officer. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the organization's continued delivery of a strong value proposition, excellent programs, and services. This includes leading a talented staff, maintaining technical excellence, and identifying new opportunities to advance the industry. As COO, the focus will be on gaining a deep understanding of the current organizational structure and strategic initiatives, building relationships with key stakeholders, and seamlessly transitioning into the CEO role.
