This is a role for someone who enjoys getting out, meeting businesses face-to-face, building relationships and winning new clients through a professional, consultative approach. You will be based at our main Bridgwater office, but a key part of the role will involve visiting local businesses, speaking with decision-makers and introducing Driver Hire as a trusted recruitment partner. This is not a basic sales role or a desk-based position. We are looking for someone who enjoys meeting people, asking good questions, understanding what businesses need and building long-term partnerships.
