Key Responsibilities:

  • Write advanced, efficient SQL to transform Claims data and implement reusable data patterns.
  • Design and develop Power BI dashboards, metrics layers, and semantic models to support reporting and business insights.
  • Apply deep data structure knowledge and strong analytical thinking to translate complex Claims data and customer-driven requirements into clear, actionable analytics and production-ready solutions
  • Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance with organizational standards.
  • Must be able to work both independently and in a team environment
  • Must be able to multi-task
  • Must be able to learn and apply large amounts of technical and procedural information
  • Must be able to communicate effectively verbally and in writing
  • Relevant work experience of 2 - 5+ years (preferred)

Required Qualifications:

  • Strong proficiency in SQL, including writing complex queries, optimizing performance, and working with large datasets.
  • Big data experience and knowledge of data lakes/warehouses
  • Data governance expertise
  • Hands-on experience with SAS (Base SAS, SAS EG, or SAS Studio) for data manipulation, reporting, and running automated processes preferred.
  • Ability to build, maintain, and optimize Power BI dashboards, including:
    • Data modeling (DAX, Power Query)
    • Creating interactive visualizations
    • Publishing and managing workspace content
  • Experience working with relational databases (e.g., SQL Server, Oracle)

Analytical & Business Skills:

  • Ability to translate business questions into analytical solutions.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and comfort working with ambiguous or incomplete data.
  • Experience presenting insights to non-technical stakeholder

Annual Salary
