We offer competitive compensation starting at a base class rate of $26, with opportunities for bonuses and commissions . There's also room to earn more with a class bonus of $1 per member above 50% utilization. Boost your pay with commissions by earning 3% on retail sales and 5% on the initial signup of a Rumble membership or Package. Your commissions are determined by being logged into Club Ready at the time of the sale.

Your expertise in Rumble's technology ensures seamless classes while using ClubReady software allows you to manage inquiries and capitalize on sales opportunities. You maintain our studio's cleanliness and organization, embody our brand at events, and lead by example with your dedication to taking and coaching classes. You're not just a trainer; you're an integral part of our fitness community, motivating others to achieve their goals.
