Job Description

As a Zuma Bartender, you are responsible for creating unforgettable dining experiences for our guests by crafting exceptional cocktails, providing attentive service, and fostering a welcoming atmosphere at our bar. With your expertise in mixology and dedication to customer satisfaction, you will contribute to the success of Zuma as a premier dining destination.

The compensation is $17.75 per hour plus tips.

Main Duties

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Prepare and serve a wide variety of cocktails, spirits, wines, and other beverages to guests, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and quality in every drink
  • Engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner, taking drink orders, making recommendations, and providing information about the menu offerings
  • Create innovative and visually appealing cocktails using fresh ingredients, house-made syrups, and premium spirits, following Zuma's recipes and standards
  • Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including bar tools, glassware, and garnishes, in compliance with health and safety regulations and company standards
  • Monitor inventory levels of beverages, ingredients, and supplies, and communicate any shortages or replenishment needs to the bar manager or supervisor

  • Strong knowledge of classic and contemporary cocktails, spirits, and mixology techniques
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required
