About the Role
Manpower is partnering with Acushnet | Titleist to find an Associate Planner to support finished goods planning operations. In this role, you’ll be part of the team that helps ensure Titleist golf balls are available to meet customer demand around the world.
You’ll work closely with planning, operations, and inventory teams, supporting MRP execution, maintaining product lifecycle data, and helping improve inventory accuracy and visibility. This position is hands-on, detail-focused, and plays an important role in the day-to-day planning process.

What You’ll Do
Support Material Requirements Planning (MRP)

• Review and execute MRP to support finished goods availability.
• Help balance inventory across warehouses and assist with order creation when needed.
• Support efforts to minimize shortages while meeting forecasted demand.

Manage Product Lifecycle Data

• Maintain finished goods item settings from product launch through end of life.
• Ensure planning and item data remain accurate and up to date.

Monitor Inventory & Planning Parameters

• Review inventory targets, lead times, and other planning parameters.
• Share findings and recommendations to help improve inventory utilization.

Investigate Inventory Issues

• Research discrepancies in finished goods inventory.
• Identify root causes and recommend corrective actions.

Reporting & Visibility

• Help prepare monthly reports for slow-moving and non-moving inventory.
• Support weekly customer order fill-rate reporting for management review.

Additional Support

• Assist with other planning-related tasks and projects as needed.

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree with one (1) year of related experience, or
• High school diploma (or equivalent) with four (4) years of directly related experience.
• Experience in planning, inventory control, supply chain, or related functions is preferred.

Skills & Knowledge

• Working knowledge of inventory control concepts and MRP systems.
• Comfortable working with data and basic analytical tools.
• Intermediate Excel skills required (formulas, reporting, data analysis).
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.
• Attention to detail and comfort working cross-functionally.

Work Environment
Onsite, office-based position in New Bedford.
