JT Solution Partners is looking for a full-time apartment leasing consultant to work at an amazing community. Job Requirements Give tours of the apartment units Assist in the leasing activities and resident relations Understand and qualify all prospective residents and maintain all resident leasing files Attend leasing conventions and other industry events Distribute communications from the leasing office to residents or organize resident activitiesPerform leasing, marketing, customer service and administrative duties Maintain professional appearance of self and leasing office Establish and maintain existing relationships with leasing and internal customers All candidates must have a minimum of 6 months experience in apartment leasing or a minimum of one year in customer service and sales. Knowledge of Yardi is a plus.
