The selected candidate will work with collaborative teams on various supply chain projects associated with our core mission. ***This is an onsite/in-person internship based in St. Petersburg, FL during the dates of May 18th to August 6th, 2026***

Responsibilities:

  • Will undertake, initially, a range of administrative and support tasks for the Large Caliber Ammunition Supply Chain department
  • Work on problems of moderate scope where analysis of situations or data requires a review of a variety of factors
  • Exercise judgment within defined procedures and practices to determine appropriate action. Build productive internal/external working relationships
  • Must be comfortable working autonomously and multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment with changing deadlines
  • Recommend process improvements identified during the internship
  • May also support the documentation and updates of procedures or work instructions
  • Support team and follow ITAR, FAR, DFAR, CPSR process with the following:
    • Purchase order management
    • Track open reqs to ensure timely PO transition
    • Run supplier monthly reports
    • Run monthly cost savings reports
    • Run monthly reports as required
    • Maintain supplier forecasts

Qualifications:

  • Required education and experience: Must be currently enrolled in related Business courses or be within 6 months of graduation; No prior experience needed.
  • Knowledge, skills & abilities: Ability to work as part of a team. Oral and written communication skills. Attentiveness. Ability to understand and follow directions.
  • Physical requirements: Must be able to remain in a stationary position at a desk and/or computer for extended periods of time. Work primarily in a climate-controlled environment with minimal safety/health hazard potential.
  • Travel requirements: No or very little travel likely.
